Drum Iris Technology is an innovative solution, created and patented by CSV Life Science. The double elastic barrier sealed to the drum, between the outside and the chamber, allows to minimize the drum surface in contact with the chamber, and possibly to automate, without introducing consumables, the drum charging and emptying operations. CSV is able to make diaphragms to fit any drum diameter or round container/tank, useful for 200-litre drums, but the special feature of the CSV interface is that it can be used especially with all drums, even those with smaller diameters.
CSV advanced drum charging system keeps the operator safe and protects the environment throughout the entire dispensing and sampling operations. Csv Containment’s isolators a are all Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) compliant and are designed according to international standards.
