Right from the start, the most appropriate materials, thicknesses and lengths are chosen to ensure the best working conditions. For instance, a properly formed liner to maximise the almost infinite length of the bag may allow an entire campaign of product to be unloaded without having to interrupt operations to change the liner. Sometimes a few extra meters make a difference in time optimisation and allow for faster procedures.

However, CSV Containment’s support does not stop there, because we also look at how to sustain our products and how to preserve them. But, what does it mean? In our specific workshops for production of rigid isolators, we also realize custom-made canisters and supports equipped with dust collars. Our pneumatic or manual collars allow us to secure the liner and protect the clean part from possible contamination. Canisters are mounted on all types of isolators and are also designed in stand-alone versions to facilitate bag-out solutions in particularly complex flexible installations. Finally, we also have dedicated solutions for interfacing continuous liners to rtp ports by mounting them on a corrugated band present on the beta parts, suitably modified, and the proprietary and patented TWIN TIE® locking system to safely separate liners.

They may not be exactly infinite, but the solutions designed, processed and proposed over the years by Flexilab, our LDPE and Polyurethane film processing laboratory, have been able to meet all the requirements for which they were requested.
