A Year of Showcasing Pharma: Between the Real and the Virtual.
CSV Containment is following the Destination Pharma journey set out by CSV Life Science Group, making stops at key industry events around the world. While attending certain prestigious expos has become customary for the Group, a series of equally significant events is helping to bring the world of containment closer to its audience.
In the past year, CSV Containment has considerably intensified its efforts to address the evolving needs of the market. The company has established strong partnerships across Europe, the Middle East, South Africa, the United States, and Brazil, and has been actively promoting pharmaceutical containment culture through dedicated meetings, seminars, and workshops.
Meetings held in hotel conference rooms in major cities including Madrid, Johannesburg and Boston supplemented key physical venues such as CPHI, Interphex, CPHI Americas and Pharmintech. In addition, virtual platforms have assumed an increasingly significant role, providing support to the well-established blog “Containmentnews”, a showcase that captures the very essence of our bespoke, Made-in-Italy approach.
Containment open to everyone.
However, transferring our extensive expertise can present certain challenges. Therefore, we are pleased to offer people the opportunity to experience our materials, solutions and products first-hand.
Our innovative isolators, engineered and manufactured as portable, user-friendly kits, garnered significant attention at both trade fairs and workshops. With our containment experts on hand, participants had the opportunity to gain further knowledge, conduct practical trials, and assess the effectiveness of these innovative solutions. On occasion, experiences resulting from specific customer requests and needs have prompted CSV Containment to develop new products, showcasing the company’s agility and responsiveness to a dynamic market.
Innovative products.
In 2025, at the fairs, CSV Containment introduced a new product that was the result of a partnership with Fresenius Kabi. The X-ONEPONCHO is the over-garment launched by CSV Containment to meet certain requirements imposed by the Annex 1 updates. It is a disposable poncho equipped with a breathing system designed to transition from Grade B to Grade A environments.
Furthermore, in the first half of the year, the Twin Tie line was strengthened with the arrival of a dedicated manual tool to tighten straps, entirely designed and manufactured by CSV Containment. These products, along with the increasingly requested Iris mouseholes for cleanrooms, were showcased at various events organised by Tiselab in Spain, Vitro Technology in South Africa, and Servolift in the United States, to name a few.
Real and virtual expos.
Representatives from the CSV Life Science Group and Containment attended prominent events such as CPHI in Europe and America, and Pharmintech in Milan. These events attracted numerous visitors, who engaged in in-depth discussions on containment and explored potential synergies with the broader CSV Life Science Group. It is important to note that, as companies navigate their path towards achieving “Destination Pharma“, they can find partners not only for containment but also for services, engineering, and plant construction. A multichannel approach, with which our LinkedIn followers are already familiar, has helped us and the Group to grow our total audience to over 20,000 users. Managing digital touchpoints is an excellent opportunity to maintain close contact with customers throughout the rest of the year when no live events are scheduled.
To further enhance its digital presence, CSV Containment has launched a permanent virtual booth on the Medical Expo portal with immediate effect.
There are ample opportunities to network, both in person and virtually. Should you require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us and visit one of our workshops, conveniently located just an hour’s drive from Milan.
