In this particular isolator, the integrated lifter allows for quick and easy drum loading into the pre-chamber via custom-made sleeves, also developed by CSV Containment, ensuring operator protection. A secure cap—tightened via an inflatable valve inside the canister—seals the drum inlet and guarantees isolator integrity. The bag-in and bag-out ports on either side are also equipped with inflatable seals.
Environment and Numbers are Under Control.
Working under negative pressure adds an extra layer of safety. By flushing nitrogen into the chamber, it’s possible to handle powders that are sensitive to moisture without issue. Inside the main chamber—maintained under controlled atmosphere with inflatable seals securing all access points—operators can safely weigh and dispense powder using an integrated balance, connected to an external display for clear, real-time data reading.
Data management is another key element of our system design.
