Custom-made Solutions.
All flexible isolators are manufactured in ISO8-classified production areas and are fully customised according to customer requirements. From gloves to internal pockets, and decontamination systems: everything can be tailored together with the client. You can even choose the height of the isolator, thanks to the telescopic leg system!
Each isolator is supplied with the first flexible cover sealed inside an antistatic LDPE bag. Since it’s a disposable product, it’s advisable to purchase spare flexible covers to be ready for new campaigns or handling different products. The assembly and removal of flexible isolators are quick and straightforward, thanks to the convenient buttons. The loops, buttoned to the steel frame, keep the bag taut.
Factory Testing and Online FAT.
Flexible isolators are tested through dedicated inflation tests in CSV Containment’s “Flexilab.” The lab also produces continuous liners in various sizes, lengths, and thicknesses: all custom-made. Once assembled, the isolator is prepared for the FAT phase, during which utilities are connected. CSV Containment offers the option to conduct FAT sessions via live streaming. During this phase, all working conditions are simulated. Where it’s not possible to connect to the water system for bag decontamination, an external tank can be added. This tank operates using compressed air, allowing the isolator to be sanitised via small spray guns connected to flexible hoses and CPC couplings present in the isolator.
