A new solution for Reactor Charging and Sampling through Disposable and Single Use Split Valve on Glove Bags, Charge Bags and Sampling Sleeves.
Disposable Split Valve on Glove Bags: our charging solution is made of a clear and solvent resistant flexible isolator (antistatic PU or LDPE at choice), equipped with:
- 2 gloves
- a DN350 bag in zippered sleeve
- a DN200 waste/containers Bag Out
- Isoflex bottom equipped with ChargePoint 4” single use split valve
The enclosure is sustained by bungee cords and hooks and developed by rilsan loop, on the top and the bottom. The offloading neck is equipped with a plastic clamp end (4”) connected to ChargePoint 4” split valve (see the valve cleaning skid made by Csv Containment).
- The steel made split valve active side can be installed on reactors/process equipment operating under pressure, vacuum, very high/low temperatures, solvent or acidic vapours.
- The enclosure can be also used to take samples and for seed charging.
- Connection between the Flexible isolator ant the charging point is quick and contained as its removal.
Single Use Split Valve on Charge Bags:
Pre charged, weighed powder can be directly transferred by:
- LDPE ChargeBag
- ChargePoint 4” single use split passive valve
The enclosure can be also used to take samples and for seed charging. Connection between the Flexible isolator ant the charging point is quick and contained as its removal.

The charging solution is made of a clear and solvent resistant isolator with:
- LDPE Sampling sleeve
- ChargePoint 4” single use split passive valve
The sleeve is used to take samples and for seed charging. Connection between the sampling sleeve and the charging point is quick and contained as its removal.
