The Instant Benchtop Isolator is the perfect solution in many situations, whether it’s quality control, laboratory testing or IPC. In the ever-changing pharmaceutical industry, you need quick and safe solutions. Drawing on its extensive experience in the field of flexible isolators, CSV Containment has designed and manufactured pop-up versions of its glove bags. Instant Benchtop Isolators were created as fully single-use products, in standard formats and with the ability to be easily transported.
Portable (or handy) containment.
These plug-and-play isolator kits, which are the size of a golf bag, ensure quick and responsive installation, allowing material to be safely handled within a chamber in just 5 minutes. The lightweight yet robust acrylic plastic tubes, which are fitted with soft universal quick couplings, provide solidity to the structure to which the disposable isolator is mounted. The isolators can be customised according to customer requirements and are available in polyurethane (PU) and low-density polyethylene (LDPE), as required. The former offers exceptional visibility, while the latter provides greater versatility and the opportunity to create a product with integrated sleeves and gloves, allowing for cost savings.
Assemble, use, collapse and discard the isolator.
These four simple actions make all the difference. Using single-use technology enables you to save time, work safely and invest only when necessary. The structure of the isolator remains the same regardless of which one is assembled, and it can be easily reused and transported. In fact, subsequent deliveries only include the glove bag, which can be purchased in the desired quantities and materials. The isolator configuration can also be customised on request. The standard version includes two gloves and a sleeve for the bag-out port. For the bag-in version, large gas-tight zips can be provided, as in the PU model, or sleeves with double zips to create a cylindrical pass-box in the LDPE version. Thanks to practical Velcro loops, the lightweight LDPE model is certainly the solution that lends itself best to frequent and economical isolator replacement.
Agile access and transparency: the PU disposable.
The polyurethane version is equipped with matt-coloured sleeves in white and special canisters that connect the butyl gloves. It also has a large gas-tight hinge that guarantees total access to the insulator.
Unlike the LDPE version, the PU disposable is secured to the structure by means of practical snap fasteners, which guarantee quick installation. Instant benchtop isolators have filter discs on top, enclosed in a welded sleeve. These can only be opened at the time of disassembly to operate the filtered vent when compressing and collapsing the glove bag.

- Travel stand kit in a shoulder bag.
- Lightweight, 20 mm diameter acrylic plastic tubes.
- Soft plastic quick-release couplers.
- Suitable for mounting on any desk, workbench or laboratory bench.
- Standard dimensions: height 700 mm, width 900 mm, depth 600 mm.
- Other dimensions are available on request.
Instant Benchtop Isolator PU:
- Transparent dissipative material with high mechanical strength and compliance with PE & USP paragraphs for contact with pharmaceutical products.
- Supplies traceable to production batch and provided with material certificate.
- Glove bag equipped with two butyl gloves and white matt PU sleeves.
- Loops equipped with press studs.
- Bag out sleeve 270mm welded on one side (diameters available on request: 200mm and 350mm) standard length 1m (other sizes on request).
- Large gas-tight zip on the back of the isolator useful for pre-loading the chamber.
- Particulate filter on top.
Instant Benchtop Isolator LDPE:
- Transparent, dissipative material that is also resistant to solvents and acids, and can be washed with solvents.
- Film with PE and USP compliance for contact with pharmaceutical products.
- Traceability to production batch and material certificate provided.
- A dust-tight zipped version is available for devices or instruments that are too large to be transferred using the bag-in sleeve.
- Glove bag made from full LDPE with two integrated gloves.
- White Velcro loop for quick assembly.
- 270 mm bag-in sleeve welded on one side (other diameters available on request: 200 mm and 350 mm). Standard length: 1 m (other sizes available on request).
- Bag-in sleeves welded on the opposite side, with a zip at the end and at the insertion point into the chamber to form a cylindrical pass box.
- Particulate filter on top.
