These validation isolator test on flexible solutions are carried out by analyzing any leaks with the introduction of technical gas.The flexible enclosure is installed on the base frame of the machine, thus creating a volume suitable to be filled with helium gas, with very high performance. Using a calibrated detection system, the operator can access the lower technical compartment to check for leaks of gas.
This verification is very useful to identify critical points and implement the appropriate changes in order to certify that the machine is able to meet the containment requirements.
