To prepare a rigid isolator for any eventuality, we’ve designed an additional flange that can accommodate a second iris and be fitted with interchangeable containment accessories.

This additional resource, which can be activated at any time and tailored specifically for you, can significantly simplify workflows without requiring structural changes.
Gloves, RTP, and liners.
These are the main applications designed for this interchangeable system. An additional flange-mounted glove positioned on a glass panel can provide the operator with good visibility and greater maneuverability inside the glove box. The same surface can be occupied by an RTP port, which allows dedicated instruments to be brought inside, by replacing the accessory. Finally, based on RTP technology, the beta container can be replaced with a canister that can house a continuous liner. This is a highly versatile solution that allows the port to be used as an always-available bag-out route that does not need to be disconnected.
Flexibility in rigid isolators.
Even rigid isolators can offer flexibility. This is not the first time that CSV Containment has developed solutions to provide maximum versatility to its customers.
